Booking
Services can be booked by e-mail (info@prestigetours.ch).
Rates
Rates include:
- Driver
- Vehicle
- Parking
- Fuel
- Swiss motorway tolls
- Passenger insurance
- Value added tax
Rates do not include:
- Supplement for night service (between 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.): plus 20%.
- Client’s meals, food and beverages, gratuities, entrance fees to museums and monuments, unless otherwise noted on the programme.
- Expenses of driver room and board where in case of long services is necessary that he remains away from home.
- Anything not expressly mentioned as included.
Deposit
For final confirmation, a deposit of 50% of the total fee is required at the time of booking. The deposit can be paid by:
- Direct debit using your credit card numbers accompanied by written authorization.
- Bank (wire) transfer.
- PayPal.
Balance
The balance can be paid by:
- Direct debit using your credit card numbers the day prior to the service.
- Bank (wire) transfer 5 days before the service (with copy of payment via fax).
- Cash payment directly to Prestige Tours driver.
- PayPal.
Credit Card & PayPal Payments
For credit card payments, a transaction fee of 3% of the total service applies.
For PayPal payments, you have to apply a 4% for the PayPal fee on the total amount.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be communicated in writing either by fax or email and must be acknowledged by Prestige Tours . Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellation 336 and 25 hours before date of requested service: 50% of the service fee.
- Cancellation 24 hours or less before date of requested service: Full service fee.
- No show: Full service fee.
Bank Details
All bank charges must be met by sender. |
